Join us for a one-day, no-commitment choral experience on Sunday, July 7. We will gather and work through just two pieces—we’ll rehearse and solidify notes, then spend time shaping phrases, and stepping outside of our comfort zones to feel the power of singing in a group. Singers will enjoy vocal exercises and games, and explore movement with music. More importantly, you’ll gather with singers from all walks of life, joining together to create something beautiful, even if fleeting.
This is a NEW beta program from Panoramic Voices! We hope to solicit feedback from participants, and offer more similar opportunities in the future. Additionally, your participation fees for this event help us to raise the critical funds needed to support our core programming, which we offer for free to all who wish to participate!
Here are the details:
Participation costs $45 and includes access to practice tracks and sheet music.
We ask that you print your own music at home, or use a tablet. (If you need help printing music, contact us at chorus_manager@panoramicvoices.org.)
Our venue is a dance studio! As such, you will be asked to take off your shoes—please bring/wear socks.
We will have chairs available for those who need them, but will otherwise ask singers to sit on the floor at times.
After the event, join us at Hi Sign Brewery for some post-choir social bonding.
